Welcome to SkillVerified (accessible at https://skillverified.org, hereinafter referred to as “SkillVerified,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, enrolling in the Customer Acquisition Accelerator Program, requesting independent performance verification, or interacting with our Verified Portfolio Registry, you (referred to as “User,” “Specialist,” “Client,” or “Merchant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Scope of Platform Services

SkillVerified operates a global Customer Acquisition and Verified Performance Ecosystem providing the following services:

1.1 Practical Performance Training

Intensive, hands-on education covering areas including:

  • Media buying, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
  • Sales funnel architecture
  • Direct-response copywriting
  • Landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Automated email and SMS follow-up systems

1.2 Independent Verification & Telemetry Engine

Independent auditing of candidate campaign performance, including:

  • Conversion tracking
  • Unit economics
  • Advertising spend
  • Sales performance
  • Campaign telemetry

Verification may be conducted across partnered merchant offers and campaigns.

1.3 Public Verified Portfolios & Record IDs

Creation and hosting of official, shareable public portfolio records in formats such as:

These records may display verified performance information, including:

  • Revenue generated
  • Verified sales count
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Traffic sources
  • Performance badges

2. Verified Portfolios & Performance Records

2.1 Authenticity & Telemetry

Metrics published on SkillVerified portfolio records may include:

  • Revenue
  • Verified sales count
  • Advertising spend
  • ROAS
  • Traffic sources

These metrics are generated or validated using one or more of the following sources:

  • Verified tracking scripts
  • Platform or Graph API telemetry
  • Merchant payment logs
  • Human-audited conversion records

2.2 Auditing & Revocation Rights

SkillVerified reserves the exclusive right to audit, modify, suspend, or permanently revoke any Public Record ID or Verified Portfolio where:

  • Submitted campaign data or tracking scripts are found to be altered, fraudulent, inaccurate, or manipulated.
  • A specialist violates applicable partner merchant rules or Platform policies.
  • A specialist engages in unauthorized scraping, spoofing, or misrepresentation.
  • Verification information can no longer be reasonably supported by available records or evidence.

2.3 No Guarantee of Future Earnings or Results

Verified portfolios showcase historical performance achieved during specific campaigns, time periods, and audited conditions.

SkillVerified does not guarantee that a Specialist will achieve identical revenue, ROAS, sales, conversion rates, or other performance metrics in future client engagements.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

🔒 Merchant Confidentiality

To protect merchant trade secrets and confidential business information, partner business names may be obfuscated on public profiles under the:

Unmasked verification information or telemetry may only be released to appropriately verified businesses or parties where permitted and appropriate.

3. Merchant Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

SkillVerified takes the confidentiality of partner merchants seriously.

To protect trade secrets, competitive positioning, proprietary campaign assets, and confidential business information, partner business names may be hidden or obfuscated on public portfolios.

Enrolled Specialists agree not to publicly disclose, publish, distribute, or misuse:

  • Confidential merchant assets
  • Unreleased offer parameters
  • Private campaign information
  • Tracking credentials
  • Sensitive telemetry or performance data

Such information may only be disclosed with the express written consent of both SkillVerified and the relevant merchant partner, where applicable.

4. User Obligations & Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

  • Use false identities or misrepresent your identity or affiliations.
  • Impersonate another certified Specialist or User.
  • Tamper with, reverse-engineer, bypass, or interfere with SkillVerified tracking systems, API endpoints, verification systems, or badges.
  • Use unauthorized automated bots, scrapers, or data-extraction tools to improperly harvest portfolio records or user data.
  • Copy, duplicate, reproduce, distribute, or resell SkillVerified curriculum materials, practical labs, or verification frameworks without authorization.
  • Submit fraudulent, manipulated, or misleading campaign data for verification.
  • Misrepresent the meaning, scope, or status of a SkillVerified verification or Public Record ID.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, verification seals, badge designs, curriculum materials, code scripts, website layouts, frameworks, and other Platform content are the intellectual property of SkillVerified or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Certified Specialists holding an active and valid Public Record ID may be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to display:

  • Their official SkillVerified verification badge
  • Their verified portfolio link
  • Their assigned Public Record ID

These materials may be displayed on personal websites, CVs, portfolios, and professional networking profiles, provided they are not altered, misleadingly represented, or used after verification has been revoked or expired.

6. Program Fees & Payments

Access to the Customer Acquisition Accelerator Program, verification services, and other paid Platform services may require payment of fees specified at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All applicable fees must be paid according to the payment terms presented during checkout.
  • Fees for training programs and verification services may differ.
  • Additional verification requirements or services may involve separate charges.

Once a candidate has:

  • Been issued a live Public Record ID; or
  • Completed the verification auditing process,

applicable verification fees may become non-refundable due to administrative, technical, and auditing resources deployed during the verification process.

Any specific refund policy presented during purchase will apply to the relevant service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkillVerified, its directors, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages relating to:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Loss of business opportunities

arising from or related to your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Platform or its services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Modifications to These Terms

SkillVerified reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.

Any changes will take effect upon posting on the Platform or at the effective date otherwise specified in the updated Terms.

We encourage Users to review this page periodically for updates.

Continued use of SkillVerified after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
